Hatsational has been in business selling Hats and Accessories for over 9 years and our return and exchange policy has been in place for the full 9 years.

Policy states NO RETURNS NO EXCHANGES.

Our decision to sell online, after years of stating we do not sell online, was from the large demand from our existing customers that live all over the world and want to buy from home as well as when they are in town.

That said, for all our new customers, you can view our sizing guide to help determine your fit.

Most of our men’s and some of our women’s hats come with a Velcro or string pull adjustable sizer inside to provide the proper fit.

We also sell reducers in two sizes and colors – creme and black.

Gift Certificates are a Great Gift

Buying a hat for someone else is a dilemma in many ways. A hat is a very personal decision and there are many factors in purchasing a hat:

• Their stature which will determine their brim width and crown height and style
• Head size which is determined by hair length at time of purchase vs. at time of last purchase
• Complexion which will determine color best suited for them

All that said, if you are not sure about the exact style and size of hat that the recipient would like, a Gift Certificate would be a better choice as a gift.
