I’ve been in a few times just to browse but yesterday my husband and I decided to get him a proper hat. We went to the shop on Broadway. Joyce spent a good 45 minutes with us helping choose the right fit and style as well as educating my husband on how to handle his new hat (don’t touch the top!). Both Joyce and her coworker were friendly to all (it was a busy Saturday) who entered and it was a really enjoyable experience. The shop has such a wide selection in both price and style. Coincidentally we bumped into it friend at the track who had also just purchased his hat at the Hatsational stand.We will be back…thanks again!

This is almost an attraction in Saratoga. A wonderful shop filled with a vast assortment of hats for men and women. They all are unique, vary from simple to quite elaborate choices. It's a wonderful place to stop if you're in the Spa City, even if you aren't buying. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

With hat shops being so rare these days, it is good to see one that carries quality products rather than your run of the mill "small, med. large" general fitting hats. You know a good hat shop when you can walk in and try on a 7 3/8 fitted hat or other exact sizes. Hatsational's Haberdashery has a great selection of straw and fur hats (real beaver and rabbit), and great brands too (Stetson, Dobbs, Biltmore, etc...) I can't wait to return and make another purchase! Bring back the hat America!! It's a touch of class we lost several years ago.

Funny and quirky place to stop in along the Broadway walking along in Saratoga. The staff were very attentive and helpful like characters out of an old movie. Lots of selection of all your posh hats and bags and showy shirts.

On a recent trip to Saratoga to enjoy the full horse race experience the concierge at our hotel recommended I shop here for a hat to complete my track outfit.Who knew so many hats existed!!! The store is packed top end options and I even got a new jacket on the men’s side.Thank you Hatsational for making my trip to Saratoga complete!!!

A hat wearer's dream where customer service is supreme! Owner Joyce really listened to what I was seeking--warmth and practicality first, but glamour second. She pulled out a magnificent solution. And, two years ago when I was there I bought an over-the-top cloche hat. Whatever your style, they'll fit you in!

Visited this place while walking around to check out the area. I had seen some nice fashionable hats on Instagram and wanted to see how the style would look on me. This shop’s selections are very broad and unique. I spotted a style that I liked and the staff helped me find similar styles to try until I found the one that felt like “it”. I had a great and comfortable experience and highly recommend this place.

The store has a wide selection of hats for both men and women, along with some jewelry and other items. Prices seemed a bit high. The male salesperson was friendly, but the female salesperson was oddly irritated.

Incredible inventory of hats and accessories, would be 5 stars but for the terrible customer service. The gentleman that helped me was a bit aloof, but all in all very professional and courteous; however the woman that worked there was downright rude, to the point where I reconsidered making a purchase. Ultimately, I did buy a hat there. The option to try it on and look in a mirror has become a rare experience in the internet age and this kind of brick and mortar store affords that in spades. There inventory is impressive and high quality, and I’m glad such establishments are still around, I just wish this one wouldn’t chase off their own customers with rude service.
